BE THE MEDIA is committed to maintaining your privacy. Here are some important things to note:

• We will NEVER give out your email address to any third party.
• We do not store your credit card information. There is nothing here to steal.
• You will have to enter your credit card information for subsequent purchases. We think the extra privacy and safety is worth the slight inconvenience.
• At any time, users can opt-out of receiving future mailings via the mechanisms described below.

The following is a review of our information-gathering and dissemination practices:

BigList hosts our email list, and their registration/subscription form requests contact information such as first name and email address. This information is used to send our newsletter and e-zine updates, links to blog postings, information about products and services, and to contact the customer when necessary.

We use 1ShoppingCart.com's order form for customers to request information, buy products, services, and conduct transactions. The order form collects customer contact and financial information. Financial information is used to bill the customer. It is NEVER divulged to third parties, unless we are required to do so by law. The shopping cart is run on a secure server.
